Just wondering what i do when i drive is bad for my transmission or not...

I dont down-shift at all, only when passing someone .

When shifting on the highway i like to skip 2nd & 4th.

When i have to slow down, i throw it in neutral (30-40mph) and brake to 10-15mph, then ill just shift to 2nd or 3rd. instead of downshifting...

this is prolly a waste of a post, but i just wanted to make sure iam not ruining my tranny.
thanks

Perfectly safe. When u hear in a thread discussing fuel mileage and people sa they "coast" they just thro it in neutral or push in the clutch. YOu don't need to shift sequentially either. YOu can go 1st to 5th if you like. I drive pretty much the same way, especially with gas prices.

When the transmission is in neutral, as long as the rotation speeds match you can shift to any gear you want, so you're fine.

If you match revs and can unload the transmission, you can shift w/o the clutch as well.
