well. i think he did a good job.. sometimes it's not just one part of the car making the whole thing look good.. i'm guessing the chrome rims are to match the grills.. i kinda dig it.. i like clean looks like that..

Man I love the "Fat Fives". They just look so damn solid. I like them better in their native polished finish but, I see what you were trying to do with them and all the chrome trim pieces.

Some clear cornered lights and some new tail lights would really top it off.

oh well i think that look tacky, but thats just me. I think you need some contrast in your car. if its all the same color it looks extremely weird. I would go with upper and lower blacked out RS6 grilles.

black rings get support from here (back ones, too) and debadge it; valence looks nice -- silver/black works well (surprised Frank didn't say to get silver blades); match tails with license plate surround area (smoke) -- saw a few at WF that were very nice with silver.

As for '60's: yeah, I was driving then... but not a chrome fan. Wheels need to be changed.

And you thought old guy didn't know about modding....

Nice ride, I am not a fan of the chrome wheel but I like the wheel itself, would prefer them in a different color.. though I must admit the chrome ones flow well with the car as it is.
I would stay with 18's and get somthing simple like RS6 reps. but I really like the wheels on it now.

Alright, I think since all your grille inserts are that sliver color. I would say paint the two smaller inserts on the lower corners of the bumper black and keep the two bigger center inserts silver. That way you will still have a little black contrast in there and the two big center insterts will kinda look like one solid grille like the new A6s.

Not much a fan of the color matched front at all.

I like the wheels and the drop. What susp are you running? Any problems with rubbing/speedbumps/steep driveways/rough and uneven roads/etc?

i have h&r coilovers..they are amazing..no rubbing..have to angle up steep driveways..slow over bumps or it bottoms out..just normal problems from having your car too low lol..love the coils though
