Hi,

Has anyone installed a turbo timer on their C5 A6 that works with the factory immobiliser?

i thought turbo timers on these motors were a bit of a waste? dont we have an auxiliary water pump or something that turns on after the cars off?

that's what i was told as well.... anyone got facts to back this up??

The information can be found in your owners manual. As for the turbo timer, you can install one with the immobilizer. You would just splice and connect the ignition wire from the Turbo timer to the wire located underneath the steering column cover. It's sort of hard to explain but if you have the electrical diagram for the car you should be able to install it.
