I've got the MMI upgrade and it does seem better. No reboot and I got a new Nav disk as well.
Need to wait more time, but I have been playing with the MMI which is somthing that always made it reboot before, and so far it's been rock steady.
I like the addition of the clock as well.
Not sure yet as only time will tell if all of the problems are resoloved. I can however say that the upgrade does not make things worse, and seems to be a good imprvement.
I will update the post in a few days with how's it's been.
