Tire Problem question....out of round?

I just got the car back from the dealer and the notes say that my front right rim is bent and all 4 tires are "out of round".


What the hell does that mean? The right front tire has like 500 miles on it. I JUST replaced it

The tires maybe defective, and are requiring too much balancing weights to balance them on your wheels within specs. If that is the case, you will need to have them replaced.
