Is the power ring for the center diff or rear diff? Never really figured that out.

It mounts on the nose of the rear differential.

I added the power ring and feel it added some missing torque in the corners (or maybe it's just me). I know people won't really notice where the power ring does it's job unless they have big horsepower applications, and I am simply preparing my chasis. Stern has my approval and the install for the Power Ring was waayy simpler than anticipated. I also have thier Rear Diff Mounts waiting to be installed. I am now rather determined to have all Stern Motor Mounts and Tranny Mounts too [up]

The nose? Do you have a better picture of where/how it mounts. That bracket shown does not look like the rear diff mount bracket at all.

It's basically where the driveshaft meets the rear diff. You should have the middle exhaust hanger attached to it, or at least I did.

**EDIT** click on the pic in his post and it will take you to a page where you can pull up the install guide with pictures.
