have any of you painted the rear around the exhaust black to match the front blacked out grill?

black grille being installed while i get some body work done this week. I haven't painted the rear valance around the exhaust. I am just gonna leave it grey (non-sline)

What ever you do, dont get overlays....Get them painted. Its pretty much the same price..at least if you compare it to sticker city it is. (300$)

Paint would be the most professional approach, however if I were to do something like this, I'd try the Alsa carbon fiber film. If applied correctly, it would look much better than black paint and it's removable when you sell your ride: http://alsacorp.com/products/sheetingfx/sheetingfx.info.htm

What price would paint run anyway? I'm sure it's fairly expensive for a good job.
