Watsup AZ,
Just took delivery of my 08' Ibis White Titanium on tues. Took about 6 weeks to come in. Ibis white titanium was not easy to come by on the east coast apparently... I purchased the car from Biener Audi on Northern in Long Island. Service was ehhhh, I felt like I was doing most of the work in terms of the sale (calling and checking to make sure everything went smooth, as opposed to the sales associate calling me to give me a heads up for everything).
I came from the VW side and traded in my MK4 platinum gray jetta for this A4.
One hell of an upgrade...
Finally got to take some pics today since its gorgeous out in NY. Not a professional by any means. I just used a very old cybershot. Will try to borrow my friends SLR later today. Hope you guys enjoy it...

Thanks for the compliment fellas!
Going to keep it really simple right now until i save up some money for parts...
1.) Tints (going to see if my local tint shop can do a custom 30% or 25%). 35 is too light and 20 is too dark...
2.) Black out every damn marker on the car!
3.) Possibly some smoke lamin x on the back.
Going to try for the Stormtrooper/Oreo look for lack of a better analogy...

Hahaha. The car looks awesome whitevdub!
I remember seeing your post and you went with headlight armor over lamin x. I think I will venture down this road as well... Did you use the headlightarmor for your markers as well or are those aftermarket markers?
I will stray away from being your twin as soon as i scrummage enough money to get some rims!!

haha thanks alot man..yeah, i went with the "smoke" headlight armor. and for the bumper lenses i used regular smoke vinyl tint film i got from a local shop. i cut some templates out and i just threw them on and it came out perfect. no worries man, i'm getting rims in a few weeks as well. i decided on going with the BBS ch in silver with red bbs center caps.

thanks for the pics dude, i have been waiting to see the interior because I ordered one without really seeing the inside. Im waiting for my Ibis white avant right now, ordered it in March and I have to call those fucs every two weeks to find out where the hell the car is, and they never have any idea. Audi needs some work with that. Now they say june for the car but who knows, they originally said late march/april. WTF!

Car looks dope meng. The red pinstripe (or at least what looks like a red stripe) on your rims sets off the sidemarkers nicely! You lefty coast dudes are extremely lucky to be able to ride on big rims, low pro tires with no regard to potholes or bumps... Dang..

I live in San Francisco (POT HOLES EVERYWHERE), but if they do damage, the city will reimburse. Also I am running Forged Volk CE28 Time Attacks, so they are a lot stronger than all the Cast wheels I have bent in the city.
But even then I am sure our roads overall are better than you guys over there where the winters destroy the asphalt.

I wish it came with those... You need to purchase the convenience package if you want the xenons. I figured i didn't want to pay $2G's for the lights and all the extra stuff that came with it that I wouldnt need (Homelink and all that other stuff). I can always pick up a pair for half the price and install them I guess in the future...

Thats awesome. Makes me wonder where my NY state tax money is going to? How do you make a claim for pothole damage reimbursement? Do you just send them a copy of the repaired rim receipt and they hit you back?

You take a picture of the pothole....Then you send a reciept for the repairs/replacement...The city has insurance for this stuff and they cut you a check. There are a lot of loopholes for fraud on this, so I am not sure how much longer they will allow this. The whole process takes months though... 3-6 months.

Damn man, those are some high-class wheels! I just checked 'em out for my ride, but pretty much can't afford 'em unless I either save up or get a raise...or two![race]

Yah pricey, but I would say a nice set of lighweight forged wheels are one the best upgrades you can do for a car, both in terms of Performance and Style.
The overall handling of the car has improved from Braking (wider tires), cornering, as well as acceleration.
Def worth every penny.

Couldn't agree more man, every penny spent on quality manufacturing pays for itself when the people rolling cheap or knock-off crap are replacing it halfway thru the life of your stuff.
Also, that's a cool piece of info about San Fran pot-holes - I'm up in Marin, but I cruise to the city often enough that it's good to know. I'll keep an eye out for those Volks! Later

I am up in Marin A LOT, I row out of the Marin Boathouse off of Sir Frances Drake most mornings and I am generally heading up to China Camp for mtn biking .
