Ok i got the chip and it amazing!! but one problem...When they were putting it in they found the intake manifold had something wrong with it...my check engine light never went on to warn me of this. They went through with it and said when i bring it to the dealership just tell them not to re-flash it since its under warrenty still im happy but my question is would this be a day thing or longer to fix? Also did this effect how well my chip is performing? (will it be EVEN better once that is fixed?) thanks! All help welcome.

7. Tumble flap failure
The tumble flap motor is prone to failure. This is probably the most common problem I’ve seen when scanning cars with the vag-com. A little background on how the tumble flap works:
http://72.232.196.98/~dpham00/gti/ssp/diagrams/tumble%20flap.jpg
Symptoms:
You may see the following DTC’s
-012599 - Intake Manifold Runner Control: Basic Setting not Completed
P3137 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
-008196 - Intake Manifold Flap; Bank 1: Stuck Open
P2004 - 008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
- 012600 - Intake Manifold Runner Control: Regulation Deviation
P3138 - 008 - Implausible Signal - MIL ON
Solution: The intake manifold flap motor needs to be replaced.

Telling the dealer not to re-flash may raise eyebrows at the dealership because then they will be suspicious about what you did to the car. And since you got your car flashed with the APR program, there's no reason why they can't just reflash your car and only charge you for the labor of reflashing your ecu with the APR programming in the event that the dealer has to re-flash your ecu.

The paper has to much to write down but it says intake manifold flap; bank 1 stuck open
upper limit exceeded-intermitten
implausible signal
lower limit exceeded.
so how is this fix and how big a problem is it? and is it under warrenty?

Yes, put it in stock mode and take it to the dealer.
Use the cruise control to put your car in stock mode, call your dealer, and drive it there.
