had my car chipped at DTM AutoHaus a month ago by some dumb ass idiot who applied MT6 file to my Tip car.
and he told me the security code must be 4 digit number even though APR manual says it can be 1 through 4 digits, forcing me to come up with some unuseful number.
in addition to his lack of knowledge and skills, he also had unprofessional attitude toward a customer's car, leaving shoe marks on the door trim, slamming the door in front of the customer, and messing with the seat position and radio setting....FCUK! [headbang]

based on my experience with the idiot, I wondered if he had applied the right transmission file, so I asked Mike @ APR to look up my burn record.
Mike @ APR was nice enough to check my record and found out that my car had been chipped with a wrong transmission file (fcukin' idiot!), so I initially started communicating with Mikey @ DTM through PM's, but that didn't help much.
at first he sounded like he'd help, but haven't heard from him for more than a week.
then I called the shop and made an appointment with some other guy 2 days ago for 11 am today, but the guy showed up 40 min late, not even aware of the appointment.
the story gets worse....APR website was down so I'd have to visit their shop again later.
left my work at 10:30 am and got back to work at 12:20 pm, so I basically wasted almost 2 friggin' hours for nothing, all because of some fcukin' moron who initially chipped my car.

I don't know if they're capable of doing anything right at the first time.
if anyone wants to chip their cars, stay the FCUK away from DTM AutoHaus. period. [down][down][down][down][down]

I bought all 4 programs with options when APR had the moving sale a month ago.
thought about getting my money back and go to another shop, i.e. Genesis, but I can't get the same deal anymore....if there's a way to get the same deal else where, I'd have DTM refund me in a heart beat!

it's 35 miles from Pasadena, but 210 becomes a parking lot in the morning and afternoon.
it usually takes 30-40 minutes to drive from Lake to Huntington Dr. on 210 (my commute), so it'll most likely take more than an hour to drive from Pasadena to Genesis.

I drive from the 710 and 105 all the way to rancho and its only like 35 mins or so. Worth the drive. Genesis Crew is very Good peeps.

U should its one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. Not to mention Genesis is a big [up]. Tho Pasadena is nice, its completely overpriced.

learn from my experience....stay away from them and go to a well reputed shop like Genesis.

Will do. No, I havent. Im waiting to get all my other bolt ons before i go ahead and flash my car. I just got my tail light overlays today, and im trying to figure out where i can take it to get installed or if anyone around here knows how to DIY. Its too risky to mess up.

I see....but you can always add more stuff later (i.e. fuel pump, exhaust, etc) and get reflashed - if I'm not mistaken, reflashing from stage 1 to stage 2 is free.
I'll most likely have the fuel pump installed in the near future.
I know you'll love driving a whole lot more than now once you chip your car even without any mods [up]

Rez and the boys know excatly how I feel about them... These guys rock.... Been hommies with them before the shop opened and they were just as chill then. Take your car there, hell 1 hr. on freeway is still less than two hrs. for a wrong file and your car still not working properly...
