Alright i was just thinking about all of the things that I want to do with my A4 and I was wondering how much all of this will cost me. I want to lower it, put a new exhaust on it, new BBS rims "around 350 each" and maby some other stuff. I was just wondering how much that alone will cost me and how much money you have put into your A4.

Search for the thread, "All the money we dump on aftermarket..." and you will get a long list of mods costs and how much people have spent.

Springs/shocks:$650
Exhaust: $1000
BBS: $1400(all 4)
Tires: $800
The other stuff: $1,000,000 [:)]
If you do the install your self it will just take your time otherwise:

When I get my coil overs installed I'll pay $250 + $80 for the Alignment.

I just recently had wheels/tires and coilovers put on and dropped about $4300 on everything. $1700 for the wheels ($389 a piece i think?), $1000 for tires, $1000 for coilovers. I think I was charged about $450 for the install plus $90 for the alignment. For exhaust, you are probably looking at around $1000 for a cat back plus another $200 maybe for the install? Correct me if I'm wrong about that one...

It depends where you take it really. Exhaust should take about 2 hours to put on. So figure 2 hours of labor at $50 an hour...About $100. If you take it to your dealership and have it done there, I think they charge more like $70-$80 an hour...

the price for installing is hard to say. if you know someone with a shop it shouldn't be much. but if oyu just stop into a shop and say what will you charge it could be alot. I know a Indy shop that are at $90 a hour for labor.
