don't do the reps. They are not that great quality wise, and everybody has them.

I don't think its accurate to say that everybody has RS4 reps or LM reps. Maybe a lot of people on here have, but that is for a reason. They look real nice. 90% of Audi owners drive their cars stock and never touch a thing on them. I prob see at least 5 A4's a day on the road and the most I have seen anyone "mod" is debadge and lamin-x. I haven't even seen anybody with aftermarket wheels yet.

who gives a flying j... everyone on audizine may live a good distance from another person with rs4 reps... if i saw anyone rocking them... i'd pull over and give them the thumbs up.

When dealing with a smaller market share, the same themes appear more prevalent. If you like the reps, buy reps. Just offering my opinion. They look nice, but I would suggest something to make your car more unique thats all. The point of an aftermarket wheel is to make your car stand out. If you're going to buy the same reps as a majority of other people, keep your stockers on. $0.02.
RS4 reps are played out online, but IRL they are still pretty rare and do look nice. They are a pretty 'safe' bet since you'd only see them on Audis and look like expensive stock wheels.

Very true and it seems as though a lot of people do not live outside of the forums. I dont see very many modded audis in my area and the few cars I have seen I think maybe 1 or 2 had hyper silver RS4 replica wheel. Most of the audis are stock with maybe a light tint.

right now i am still deciding between lm reps and the gunmetal rs4 reps. theyre both really nice rims, which is why alot of people on the forums have them. they are good for the money too.

I just ordered a set of the Gunmetal RS4 reps, I hesitated because of the amount of people with them but they look great and price is unbeatable

yeah i'm really unsure what rims to get. i started a thread about this a couple weeks ago, but i keep thinking about how the gunmetal rs4 reps would look on my car with the titanium package. i keep thinking it would just look similar to the overall look of my titanium rim. it would just blend in. that's my dilemma.

The point of modding a car at all is to make it what you want it to be. I'd like to be a little different, but I still don't think that any wheel looks as good on our cars as the RS4's.

If you like the RS4 reps, ignore all the negative comments and get yourself a set.
I've been surfing AZ since December and have looked at hundreds of pics looking for mods and wheels. To my surprise, the RS4s are by far the best looking wheel on the B7 body. I also like the fact that I can get a set of wheels and tires to my door for under $1,500. Personally, I don't see the point in spending $5k-$6k on wheels for a $30k-$40k car.
There are two primary negative comments about RS4 reps that I keep reading from the few who put them down: "everybody" has them and cheap/poor quality. In the 6+ months since I started paying attention to A4s on the road I've seen all of TWO cars with RS4 reps where I live (population ~3MM) and I'm willing to bet that of all the AZers who put them down, NONE have ever owned them, so they have no basis or credibility IMO. However, of all the people who have bought them (and there seems to be a few since they keep selling out), I have yet to come across a post from someone who bought them and came back to post with comments about shitty quality except for a few guys who bought the Onyx which I believe have a problem with the clear coat.
I have no problem spending money on mods and wheels and I'm choosing RS4 reps for my street setup. I'm buying a set of BBS light weight wheels for track (more expensive than the RS4 reps) this week and I'll keep my titanium wheels for winters but I want the RS4s on my car for everyday use.
And no, I don't work for VMR or have any affiliation with them...I just think it's shitty that some people that seemingly have never bought their wheels come in here and put down the product of a major sponsor of this forum with no personal experience.

Saw this in the Q7 section. I would imagine RS4 Replicas powder coated satin black would look just like the Q7 S Line wheels. I think they look really good satin black.

That Q7 is sick!! Until you said you had the Ti wheels already I was going to suggest reps or the ti wheel. Most of the modded A4's I see up here in the NW have ti style wheels. You can't go wrong with either one and forget the peeps who say the reps are played. They're only played in their mind.
