Played some more with the lighting settings and came up with this.

Sony DSC-H1 (5.1mp)...had it for 3 years now. Nothing special.

You don't have to have a D-SLR to take HDR, just a camera with an adjustable shutter. Pretty simple, but it's very easy to get carried away with the lighting settings in Photomatix.

I know. I have the Panasonic fz-18. I just have to get a stabel tripot. What settings do you adjust the most in photmatix? And how many pictures do you use and at what shutterspeed?

Nice picture and camera but you may want to consider playing around with the smoothening slider (and white/black balance) in Photomatix so that you still get the "HDR" effect without making it look so cartoony (unless that's what you're going for):

that's like me saying 20" chrome rims = auto rice

like modding, when done right, HDR photography can be amazing.

Actually, that is exactly what I was going for. I've got a few more, but haven't really had time to play with it. Been busy with my other ride...

Yea, it's pretty fun. 0-60 in 3.5s and 1.5+ g's.
