i was getting a vibration from one of my rear tires. so i put the car in the air and the only thing that i could see moving was this bushing(i believe its the track rod) i tried taking off the nut to remove the bolt to a better look. i got it loosen but now it just spins like the bolt is broken inside the bushing. i cant tighten or get the bolt off. any advise?

That's the rear Toe Adjustment link.

Since you've managed to get the nut most of the way off, and now have some of that bolt/joint apart. Get a set of "Vise-Grip" pliers and crank 'er down in the that gap getting a good hold on that bolt. If you have an impact, now is time to use it to get that nut off. Otherwise, I hope you can get a real good grip w/ the visegrips.

This would mean you should replace that arm & "ball joint". So, if it comes down to it, just cut it off. You'll need an alignment afterwards
