It cleans up the slop in the trans when you shift. Much crisper shifts.

I don't believe AWE has every offered GBs on some of their items, ie DTS or vent gauge. They do how ever offer discounts at shows and festivals, plus their end of year sale.

Worth it if you can afford it and you want to tighten up the slop. Similar effect as snub mount but at the trans instead of the engine.

the group buy is on the audiworld group buy forum. I do not believe it is from awe but it is a similar item said to do the same thing.

I would highly recommend one. I put one on my car almost a year ago and it made a huge difference in the drivability of the car. I have a complete setup though, SS, DTS, APR snub mount, Stage III clutch and LWFW. Very easy to drive once you get used to it and I don't have any complaints from passengers unless I punch that throttle and snap their necks back.

Try finding a used one if you are not willing to pay the price for a new one. I got mine off an S4 owner who decided to part out his car and sell it. Paid $175 for it.

It's my favorite mod I've done to my car.

Here's my write-up on AW
