Do I need to do a PCV system overhaul? Also, I think this may be causing my low boost issues... Anyone have any input?

I would say so for sure!
I've pulled my puck valve for numerous repairs and never EVER found moisture.
i would do the complete overhaul and call it a day.

how does that valve work exactly? I took mine apart today and it allows air to go both ways, what purpose does it serve?

sorry for the thread jack

Re-built your entire PCV system... I went with everything from the block to the intake to include new check valves, pcv valve, hoses, rubber lines, etc... After I changed them, I had no more water...
