Just want share my experience with Penske...had rattles in my door and Jason took care of it under warranty as well as emission update on my 3.2. Even if some of you dont have a tuner ride still take it to him because the service is unparalled!

taking delivery on my A4 today from Penske, getting delivered to my work between 3 & 4PM!! hope to have the same future experience with their warranty service, usually do oil changes/tire rotations myself..but warranty issues i don't touch! glad to hear good things about penske..

YES! great service at Audi West Covina... i often commute to this dealer for the great people and service.. special thanks to Chris, he always takes care of me... in fact my car is there right now =)
