I just put in an Energizer and it's working just fine. It's a perfect fit, no modifications, reuses stock clamps. Just be sure to get the vent hose with it.

Optimas are a bit of a bear to get in and bolt down, plus their terminals are backward.

Sears international works fine. Unless you have a lot of electronics in the car Dry cell batteries arent worth it. But if you do have a lot of electronics then dry cell batteries are worth every penny

Interstate MTP-91 is probably the top choice behind the Optimas. A bit cheaper and no fitment issues. Just make certain you get the drain tube kit extension that comes with it, or contact Interstate of one if the dealer doesn't have one. The drain on the Interste is in the front/middle not on the side like OEM. Also the Sears International is manufactured by Interstate so that are almost identical batteries.
