suspension??

'nother question. taking my car in tomorrow and the plan is to change the suspension. its a 2000, and there has been a recall secondary to problems at autobahn speeds. anyway, ive never had the recall performed, i guess its been available for some time--and tomorrow's the day. im NOT getting the spoiler put on, because i want to retain the original look. i wondering if perhaps the suspension change is a mistake, and it too should stay as is. any advice from the owners of the 2000s?

DON'T change the suspension.
The new MkII suspension dulls the steering response considerably.

Your control arms are selling for BIG bucks to MkII owners who want to go back to the original setup.

My understanding is the recall softens the suspesion consideribly, and would be a mistake. I have a 2003 and would like to stiffen my suspension.
