Wow! I may have to take a drive there to take advantage of the timing belt service. Everyone here in Maine is asking closer to a grand for that service...May even be worth the 630 mile trip.

Fellow Mainer. What's up man? I didn't even think they existed on these forums, shit.
I get all my work done from Doug Gemmel @ Autohause. He works out of his home in buxton, really nice guy. 20+ years retired tech from Morong, Falmouth. He has all the goodies you can imagine. My friend just got the Timing belt/WP etc replaced by him and he charged like $700ish with the kit which isn't too bad man. You're gunna pay an insane amount of cash just driving to NY and back haha.

$500 for a tbelt job is pretty cheap. I still like doing my own stuff though, I have trouble trusting others.

Good guy. He is my mechanic. Installed my Milltek, Labree, wheel bearing and fixed the waste gate on my turbo. Oh, and fabricated a downpipe for me as I got jerked with the Milltek. That is what I get for buying used. Also welded a flange for my exhaust set up. Great price.

mad nice.... i know a place in Russia, they do timing belts for 350$ with parts.... you wanna ship your car there???
and as i see you are in utah and i am in ny........[;)] the cheapest one i have seen here was 400$ labor and about 350$ parts, so even if you get your own parts it will be about 650$+...
