Not sure on local places, but here is the cheapest one I have found online:
http://www.bba-reman.com/content.aspx?content=audi_a4_amp_a6_1996_2001_and_ vw_passat_1996_2001_abs_pumps_commonly_failing
Or
http://www.modulemaster.com/en/index.php
$210 for my 1999.5 B5 A4

I recommend Module masters. Done within a week including shipping.

FYI, cheaper and easier to just purchase one from Dad's or anyother VAG yard and replace it yourself. Did mine with no fuss and no problems.

I'm looking for a place to fix mine. I found this guys www.autoecu.com it will cost $139 plus $20 shipping (roundtrip) and they give me 1 year warranty! The job, excluding shipping time is suppose to be 1 to 2 days. Hope it's a good deal...

I just called bba earlier today actually... They have a killer deal on shipping to CA right now, its $10 for 1 day shipping! I'm having them send one out to me and I'm going to send mine back once I swap it. It costs a little more to do it that way ($200 vs $140), but it'll be quick and easy, remove and replace all at once. Total was $225 shipped and insured. I also like the idea that if it doesn't work, I can just send the new one back for them to deal with. They also have a lifetime waratee, peace of mind FTW.

Here (http://www.bba-reman.com/catalogue/DetailedProduct.aspx?DetailedProduct=993) is the link, but I called them to place the order. I was thinking about just buying one from a scrapped car, but they don't usually have a decent warantee and thats not something I want to deal with again. With the abs module, when they rebuild it it will usually last the life of the car, but if you buy one out of a yard, it may have just not developed that problem yet.
