MAF logs good
Compression is good
O2 sensors are good
No boost leaks
No codes
Plugs are good
Tire pressure is 40 psi
Clutch is new
New fuel filter/pressure reg

I am still getting a CAPS time of around 9.2 seconds which is horrible for my mods!

Mods are

Giac X
Borla V2
ATP 3" test pipe

Only conclusion that I could come up with is the B6 sport wheels are a bit heavy but it also did it with the 16" 2001 Sport 10 spokes...

Have been dealing with this forever now and want to get it fixed!

Altitude is 1,250 ft
Weather isn't too bad it is 50 right now

ANY ideas? I have checked everything that I know of!

No codes and everything runs good in VAG. No pulled timing

lol wow

as lame as this may sound, it sounds like your chip was deactivated or something. do you know how many pounds of boost your turbo is pushing currently?

It has been getting lower and lower as time goes on... I used to be able to spike around 20 or so but now it is around 16-17 even in hotter weather... Car just keeps getting slower also... My wastegate does rattle on decel, could it be going back completely? When I had the test pipe off you could see that it was completely closed, very little play in it... Could my turbo possibly be giving up the ghost finally? If so, this makes me happy![evilsmile]

Peak g/s were around 170-180...

Only 1 channel to keep the refresh rate up...

I used the calculator...

turbo
or
wastegate
or
diverter/blowoff valve

I have noticed that the turbo is a little slow to boost also...

I have been through a 710, 710n, HKS SSQV, Forge 004 and 007 and Turbo XS DV... All same results so I don't think it is the latter...

have you physically inspected the turbo? car smoking? burning oil? oil in the coolant? pulled the TIP and check for shaft play?

<<edit>> brakes in good shape? ebrake adjusted correctly [;)]

Brakes are new and adjusted... No hot brakes or anything... No shaft play (at least from the exhaust side) I AM however burning maybe 1/2 qt of oil every 3-4k miles now... Whereas before I burned nothing at all...

fouled or incorrectly gapped spark plugs?
