Aluminum side mirrors?

I have a 01 S4 with the aluminum side mirrors, they arent in bad shape, i just think they can be polishes up and more glossy... i tried never dull but that didnt do much... do these mirrors have a clear coat on them? What do you guys use to clean or polish them?

I'd like to know this also, mine have water spots on them, and I can't seem to get them off. I've tried mothers alum polish even.

id suggest claying them like you should be doing to your whole car and then try eagle ones never dull.
