I would be interested. Wouldn't mind getting away from the bay area for a weekend and have some fun.

Cool.

Ideally if there are enough people into the idea, have everyone pitch in and get a "Vacation Rental" for a night or two. Everyone shares cost and responsibility.

I think that would be the best way to go in regards to housing/sleeping.

Anyone else want to chime in with ideas?

IM goin up this Sat. If we stay the night I am going to miss the first SCCA autocross. Im at the mercy of the family though as I need to do what it takes and miss the race as daddy duty comes first =).

As far as Feb goes, im down. Ill have to find a sitter and see if the ol' lasy wants to go. Other wise im bringin' the fellas and makin' a boys night of it =)

I'm going up on Saturday for the day....But I'm down for a weekend trip....

I am 90% sure i'll be going up Feb 16th, boarding at Sierra...then going into Tahoe and staying until monday afternoon.....I have a hook-up on a time share rental so if we can start getting something together I can start booking some of the suites for around $99/night....not bad for 2 king beds, fold out couch, patio, kitchen, and did I mention walking distance to a Heavenly lift???....oh and a spa, sauna, and steam room....

I think I'll mainly be gambling since I dont know how to ski or snowboard. However Im down to try if any of you pro's have some patience to teach me a few things.

Our shuttle is free, around here and we have a few casino trips each day that are free. Blue Go, the city transportation used to charge $1 each way and came up every hour starting in the morning. Now they all of a sudden cut their runs and started charging $5 each way. We had to compensate for it.

I was planning on bringing my poker set, a lot of alcohol, and a snowboard. I figure with those three things I'd have most situations covered...

But first things first.

1: Who is down for 2 days (Friday night and Saturday night) and who is down for one night.

2: where would everyone like to stay. The ridge sounds cool to me, but what about everyone else.

3: when can everyone go?
