eddit: Now im having more problems with the pc16 setup, im only boosting to about 14 or 15 and by 5000rpm im at about 5psi. ((I'm pretty sure pc16 should be running at about 21psi)) No boost leaks but was wondering if it could be my n75 to blame? it hasnt been replaced and has 140xxx miles and is super rusty.

can you vag it? maybe youre running too lean
but that (a little bit) doesnt make sense. i thought 3 bar was ok for the pc16 file

well nevermind this thread, figured out my problem was with my FPR i bought it used from tamadrumr88 it ended up being a 4 bar fpr not 3 bar like i was told so im runnning SUPER rich so i threw my stock injectors back in an im running fine now just a little lean, have to wait until monday to pick up a new fpr when shops are open. thanks tamadrumr88![:(]

anyone with a used adj FPR or 3bar fpr for sale let me know![up]

How did you test for boost leaks? Log the N75 duty cycles, block 114. Here are what mine looked like before I put on the Boost Machine.

3520 65.6
3800 61.7

In around 50 degree temps, I'd see spikes at 17-18 psi and still have about 14 (roughly) by 5000 RPM. In 32F temps, no more than 16 psi spikes.
