I always thought if quad tips like on E46 M3 would look good on the B5 but after looking at this one I'm not a fan. Maybe if they were higher with thinner wall pipes.

I think the B6 look of dual single pipes would look good on a B5, but I am not a fan of the quad tips either

Yeah, I agree. The cans stick to far down. Not a big fan of twin exits personally. I really like the look of a single twin tip can on our cars.

It's likely a dummy pipe which is laughable to me. It's added weight/work for nothing. Even if it was functional, it's unnecessary.

side exhaust. staright pipe. Thats the way to go. run a plug and fuel to it as well so you can shoot flames on other cars.

I saw this one and it was the only one I liked. I think I heard it was a chop though.

ya i saw a b5 with quad exhaust. Not really my cup of tea.

I think that one is real. Notice no muffler. If somebody p'chopped it, they may as well have brought the muffler over, too.

that black audi looks awesome with the quad tips. i would do it to mine if its gonna look like that one.

Reminds me of a Chevy truck

yeah, that black one doesnt look bad at all. but i prefer the one side.

its the stance of that black on that makes it look like a BAMF. those be some streeeeetched rubbers on those rims too [eek]

The black one looks good, kinda looks like an M3. Quad pipes would look good if they were closer together like the M3 or angled out like some AMGs.

Black one is sexy

haha, one pipe for each cylinder.

That black A4 = secks [up]

the black one looks good with the quad tips because it has a nice proportion, the wide body look and the streched tires tie it all up

That red car is a 2.5 TDi on sale on ebay.de. My exhaust has tips that look like the M3 ones and like that black BAMF above so adding two more wouldnt be a bad thing.

I wonder if i could do a custom Y pipe after the flex pipe that can switch from one side to the other and on the one side it is stock exhaust and the other is after market, or louder...

it would have quad tips, but only 2 work at a time, or both, but that would be weird sound in this case

^^I always thought that'd be a good idea for the b6 guys but, on our cars I doubt you'd find the room to run a Y pipe and dual exhaust like that.

the dual exhaust pictured are very far apart from each other, look more like the m5 than m3
