3.0 exhaust on 3.2 [Archive]

Hey, ive been wanting to put an exhaust on my 3.2 and i have seen many people on the forum that have put 3.0 exhausts on their 3.2 claiming that it fits and needs little modification if anything.
What exactly is this "modification" to the exhaust, so that i can explain it to the place that is going to install the exhaust for me.

WHi, I'm as interested in the answer as this guy is. I also overheard that the s4 (b7) 4pipe exhaust fit on our 3.2 aswell.

I have an AWE 3.0 exhaust that fit perfect 2 with no modifcation.

interesting i did not know this. So when searching for exhaust we can use B6 3.0 setup also ?

Yes, and B6 S4 exhausts fit as well. (B7 S4 have 4 tips so they don't)

Does anyone have pictures or videos they would like to share? I know the 3.2 makes different sound than the other models, so i wanted to atleast see a few clips and see the loudness of the exhausts to make my decision.

AWE, MILLTEK or NEUSPEED!?

Which is loudest and which is quitest? There is a neuspeed exhaust video on a 3.2 on youtube and i think it sounds great, just cant tell how loud it is.

We should start a 3.2 thread for mods and such since theres so many 2.0s and not much mechanically applies.

Yeah, someone start a 3.2 mod thread. But i want to figure out my exhaust first lol. Its between MILLTEK, AWE, and NEUSPEED.
Anyone else with advice? Sound levels? anything?

What does a milltek run for in the states? I checked it out here in Sweden, and by todays currency it's about $1846,10... I find that kindy pricey even for Sweden.
We don't even have the Neuspeed, AWE, Magnaflow and Borla. We have one company that makes real good exhaust, Ferrita, but their prices are above $1800 for our cars.
Maybe someone could post some prices??? (and a 3.2 thread?)

I got my Milltek for 900$ US, and I am pretty sure its about the same for the 3.2.
