hello,

I about ready to pull the trigger on a 6mt audi S5 and i have a few questions

i will be using http://www.autoexchangeonline.com because they have a program for people who are currently deployed overseas and right now im in iraq.

so has anyone used this deal or dealer before and is it legit?

second if i put my deposit down now when should i expect delivery and all that. it would be nice to recieve the car around june time frame so i can put alot of money down.

thanks for reading my thread and i hope to be a long time member.

Hey,

I'm currently in Afghanistan and doing the same thing...

Here's the deal...

This is an authorized program by Audi of America...but...
Audi breaks this program up into 3 separate programs:
Autoexchangeonline handles people stationed in Europe
Militaryautosource handles people stationed in the Middle East like us
IntlAuto handles Diplomats and Expatriates heading to the US.

I placed my order with militaryautosource.com at the end of November, which also got me the Audi Scheduled Maintenance plan at no cost. Not sure what kind of deals they have in place for December. I was told that the delivery time would be 8 months out placing me with a delivery timeframe of around July.

It's been a pretty pleasant experience dealing with Military AutoSource and I've been given an agent to keep me updated as to the progress of my order. The pricing is decent as well, getting the car for a bit over invoice.

Hey guys I'm also a AD member serving overseas who is looking to get a B8/A5. I'm currently in the UK. What exactly are the benefits from order from these programs?

The only real benefit of ordering through the military sales program is the guaranteed pricing which is just a bit over invoice. They can also setup delivery to you in Europe or to a Stateside dealer in your area.
