There are so many options out there that ut has made this a very confusing process... These new brakes will be going behind a new set of 19X8.5 Champion RG40 wheels.

Brembo has a BBK

Stoptech has a BBK

Alcon has a BBK

ECS Porsce BBK exists

Which provides the best overall performance for daily street driving? I want to lighten up my rotational mass on the car, as well as getting more stopping power. Which size rotors would be best?

So, that all being said, which is the lightest and most efficient BBK for my B7 S4?

Just curious, where did you see the availability from Stoptech for the B7? I went to their website and searched, but no BBK was available for the B7.

Have you looked into Rotora BBK? They have 2 brake kits available, one is 4-piston 330 2-piece disc, and the other is a 6-piston 355 2-piece disc.

Are you doing any track days?

If so, how many days per year, and are you planning on running race compound tires?

For daily street driving, stock brakes are the best. Upgrade your pads and you're be feeling better braking.
If you are looking to spend money, Stasis sells Alcon 2 piece floating stock sized rotors which will lighten the rotating mass.

BBKs are really designed for extreme use like road courses. So if you are not going to be doing any Driving Schools, you are spending money for looks.

If you are buying them for looks, then they're all fine, buy the ones you think looks best.

Stoptech are probably the best for the price.
Alcon are probably the best at any price.
Brembo are a very close 2nds to the Alcons.
ECS kit is pieced together kit, you get what you pay for.

Allwheel Driver is right. If your current brakes can lock up your wheels when you hit them hard, then upgrading them isn't going to make your car stop any faster. Upgrading your tires, thereby giving you more traction and making it more difficult for your brakes to lock up your wheels will decrease your stopping distances. A BBK will help in situations where you are repeatedly beating on the brakes, such as a track. In those kinds of situations, your stock brakes will heat up and begin to fade, but a giant BBK and 4 or 6 piston calipers will dissipate heat much better and maintain those short stopping distances.
