I think it is time to sell my B7. However, I'm not sure if I should sell my car with my current mods, or stock and for what price.
Car:
2005.5 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro Manual, quartz grey metallic, non-sport, Ebony interior, Xenon's, Winter package, 39000 miles
http://www.mjbmotorsport.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/JeremyB7A4-2.jpg
Current Mods:

http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e329/parks853/Rims_PSS9s42.jpg
Hsport S4 Sways (front and rear)
VMR 19x8.5 RS4 reps (silver)
Bilstein S4 PSS9s
Podi boost guage
Eurojet Dual Side Mount intercoolers
S-line door blades
So should I sell my car stock, or with the listed mods, and what price should I sell it for?
Thanks for your help.

I was hoping they were going for more than that. Thanks for the input.

Definitely part out - you will make more money selling your mods seperately!

I will let you know when I get it parted out. Then you can buy it. I'll even leave the APR installed for you.

Part it out and sell it.
You'll make more money selling your mods and you'll sell it quicker because it's not modified. Mod's decrease a car's value and usually gives the buyer the idea that the car has been beaten up.

Kelley Blue Book price for private party, good condition is $23,305, does that sound right? That would be selling the car stock.

You will always make the most money if you sell your modifications separately, and sell the car stock. It takes a long time and maybe some money to remove everything, sell it, package and ship it, but you will end up financially on top in the end.

The problem is that you won't get blue book for it, in OEM trim. It's VERY rare these days for anyone to pay "blue book". The only place that will give you that is the insurance company in the event of a "total" loss accident, and even many of them low ball their customers.
Also try edmunds.com and their pricing. Blue book tends to be highest, but not always.
Of course, there isn't any reason why you shouldn't try and get that price.
But, you'll have to be flexible as your area market might be higher or lower.
Most people want to buy a used car at the "trade in" price, while many sellers want the "retail" price. I find that somewhere in between trade-in and private sale is a good deal. But, the real price is always the price someone is willing to pay meeting the price at which the seller is willing to sell. [:p]
As others have said, GENERALLY, you'll get the same for a stock/OEM setup as you will for the modded setup. However, if BIG IF, you can find the right buyer who actually wants the mods, then you might be able to get a bit more. That is rare though. Sometimes mods turn people away.
In your case though your car looks GREAT. I think your mods would be a selling point. You can always try to sell with the mods and see how it goes first.

Thanks for your opinion. I will just ask 23,000 and be willing to negotiate.

I'm going to get something cheaper for now. Then probably an older A4 1.8T so I can go mod crazy with no worries.
