I'll scan the dyno sheet later, I went to UCF's conference championship game (we won BTW [:D]) so my friend dyno'd my car for me.

Did 3 pulls on an AWD Mustang dyno, went for the most realistic numbers I could thats why I picked that dyno

Stock: 176 hp 170 tq
APR STG II 93: 202 hp 240tq
1/4 mile: 14.7

it did get heat soaked a bit b/c they couldn't get the gear to hold but o wells.

my mods are in my sig. and I'm pretty much done w/ any performance upgrades b/c I'm going to start saving for another car soon [:)]

I have a Tiptronic Quattro.

That's weird I thought you numbers would be higher?

Good job nonetheless

yea I thought so to, I was told there is quite a bit of drivetrain loss b/c of the quattro and the mustang dyno is the most conservative one you can get on. so o well. :)

Something is not adding up with your 1/4 mile times and your hp. I have far less mods and run consistant 14.5's in 95+ degree weather in 93 mode. You should have more hp and be in the 13's

Mustang Dyno being conservative??? not really.

Your car on a Dyno Dynamics AWD dyno would've put down roughly 20 less WHP and WTQ.

All that matters is that you like the perfromance increase, and that you gained 25hp/70tq at the wheels from your baseline dyno. all you can really compare your numbers to is your own baseline as every dyno is different.

Tip cars are hard to dyno, some of them down shift without using the kick down feature. So they require a steady foot and some luck, so the results will almost always be lower than what the car is really punting down.

I thought tip cars just put out way less HP all together? I have a 6/mt and I was told that I would benifit from more HP etc etc when I chipped my car and so on.

yea thats what kept happening with mine, so it got really heated by the time they were able to make it work.

I don't care all that much its not a race-car its an A4. lol. it was a fun experience w/ modding the car though. [:)]

Exactly!!!!!! Comparing peoples numbers from different dynos is completely irrelevent, useless, and invalid. People that compare their #s to other people's #s done on a different dyno doesn't prove anything [rolleyes]

Better driver helps!! Not that many ppl run 13s! A LOT of ppl run low to mid 14s.

I put down 187WHP on a Dyno Dynamics and was very happy for just a chip.
