*PICS* - 2009 A4 and S4 B8, A5, A8L, Spotted in Agoura Hills, CA - Test Cars

I saw a 2009 a4 B8 Chassis, american NOT european last night, I took some pics with my cell phone but the light was bad. Today when I was heading to Costco I saw it driving the opposite direction on Agoura Road. I drove thru the parking lot later that afternoon saw a few S5's but the 2 A4's were out being driven around the canyons I assume. I will post my shitty cell pics, but I am going to go there later tonight and see if they left it in the parking lot. The a4's were 2.0T's and they both had MMI. The S5 had a sticker on the dash that said "Air bags not fully functional". I even spoke with the drive of the rig that dropped them off last night, I guess he saw me drive past 2 times and thought I was looking to comeup or worked there he said, and there test cars, I even saw a RJ45 cable on the passenger seat, assuming its the hookup for the VAG Com er something similar. I hafta say the B8 chassis is tight looking compared to my B7 2007 A4 and it has the LED DRLs.

I will post the shitty pics soon, and try to drive past there tonight and see if there there.


** UPDATE **

So Tonight im coming home from the gas station driving past the woodranch and I see one of the 2009 a4's pulling out, so I follow him and stop at the reyes adobe and agoura road light, and have him roll down his window, guy was straight european, thick accent, couldnt tell if it was german or not though, and I start talking to him about the a4 B8 he is in and he was like yah this is the new one. Then on the right side in the turn lane this s5 that was with him blows past him and I gun it after him and we raced a bit and then slowed down, then another 2009 a4 was with them as well, so I drove with them to westlake blvd and they turned off at the marriott, I flashed my rear fogs and they flahed there brights at me, it was way cool. So if any1 local to Agoura Hills, CA wants to check out the 2009 A4 or the S5s in person there at the Facility at Lindero Canyon and Agoura Road, or at the marriott in Westlake Village. Just thought I would share this story, I will post my shitty cellphone pics from last night but I need to get some better ones, I might go back to teh marriott later with my camera and see if they are there.

S4 B8 (I believe, looked alot like the A4 but it was debadged and there werent any repeats thats what makes me think its the S4)

This was not the same A4 B8 I had seen the night before so there is atleast another one of those wondering around Agoura, The one I saw had diffrent rims, I actualley liked those rims better then these. If I find out anymore info or take anymore pics I will post them up tomorrow. I am gonna try to take some daytime pics if I can find the time to get over there and they are actualley there.

I have to say I'm not too crazy about the side of the new B8 A4. It could just be the angle and shot, though. I love the new A8 and the A5. Those A5 rims are SICK! I want them for my B7 A4!

As for exterior the S-Line B8 A4's grill will look a lot like the S5's grill. The regular B8 A4 will not be shaped as exaggerated (if that makes sense) but more softer lines. Also the grill doesnt have as many "cells" in it as the regular A4, just like todays A4 S-Lines, so its more opened up in the front grill.

I believe its been discussed that 2nd hole is radar for the adaptive cruise control.

It's been rumored, and apparently AudiWorld has confirmed (http://www.audiworld.com/news/07/b8-s4-exclusive-preview/) that the B8 S4 will be V6 TT with 300+ hp.

Finally back to V6 TT, I look at the 335i and I wonder whats wrong with audi using a V8 to produce the same amount of power. Atleast we wont hafta pay the gas guzzler tax in Cali anymore lol

I am gonna go back there again today, or possibly tonight and try and run into those guys again, they were cool, so maybe I could get a peek inside the engine :P

Its important that you demand to see the engine bay of the S4. DO NOT take NO for an answer!!! If you call it out as an S4 with it debadged and such they might be impressed and inclined to show such an enthusiast.

Im pretty certain the black one is an S4 since it is debadged but obviously having the 'S' treatment with lack of either 'S-Line' or 'quattro' stickers makes me believe the 'S4' sticker on the grill was removed since it isnt being sold anywhere yet. And it looks to have a big FMIC behind the grill, confirming the forced induction. However, it looks to be missing black headliner (no biggie), trademark silver mirrors; next time get a pic of the rear end to see the exhaust, that will definitely let you know what it is.

The 10 spoke or more wheels are ugly. I think 16's from looking at the audi UK site. The 5 spoke on all the pics are hot. I spent 20 ,inutes earlier tonight talking about whether to get a B7 or B8. Lease is up in April.

yeah the technical center is on agoura rd and you see almost everything...

for instance i saw the s5 like 4 months ago and just saw the '09 m3 and a few 1 series few weeks ago (dont know where it came from though)
