I've always wanted to shot downtown, but freak'n place is busy. How about evergreen area, evergreen college? I went there last Sunday, for a Sunday mass. I wish, I brought my camera, because the place has an awesome view all around.

I love photography, especially taking photos of cars. Hit up the underground parking lot by Good Samaritan. It's the one under the Starbucks and Subway across the street. I've done a bunch of night shots there. Go after either eleven or twelve and they shut off half the lights down there and it makes for some good lighting. There's this one Asian security guard that may come down in his little Corolla and see what's up. Just tell him your taking pics. It's really funny cause he turns his roof lights of the Corolla like he's making a bust. Lol. [:D]

Also, San Jose City College is good too.

Valley Fair Parking Garage.

Downtown Campbell by the water tower.

I'm down for a photoshoot too by the way.

Some pics from that garage;

Thanks! I wasn't really paying attention to the moon but then when I saw how it came out I was like "Whoa! Sick!!!!". Hahaha.

I haven't taken any rolling shots and I want to do that sometime.

This is my other favorite one from that night;

Also, another good place for a photoshoot is by the Campbell train station. [up]

I agree, some do get old after a while. Though, around here it's hard to get a good picture with lots of scenery. Sometimes if you want to get a shot in downtown San Jose or something you have to park on the side and stand in the middle of the street waiting to get hit. [rolleyes]

she is...

Check this out photography buffs, http://youtube.com/watch?v=0rfL00UCANA

I plan of doing this, but I haven't came up of a plan of how exactly to do it, specially putting our cars in the mix. I thought of a car parked on the side of the street, focus on it, and capture the background lighting effects as it passes by, but it is too easy, dull... I need ideas

I really like all the freeway shots. That was such an awesome angle where you see the planes flying in and out!

There's a lot nice spots in that area, the location that I took that picture is located in the Yerba Buena parking lot of the Evergreen college.

If you go up towards the hills, to your left is the far end parking lot and to your right, you will see a small road.

Also, Occonor Hospital has nice night lights and empty garage full of lights. The night watch man is cool, but the cops are dicks at times, but they usually don't do anything, except ask you tons of mathematical questions..hehehehe
