Good deal on (4) 235/40/18 tires?

Hi,

I've been looking around for some used tires this size but it seems to be hard to find a good set so I've started looking at new tires.

I want to spend less than ~$110/tire if possible on each tire or around $400 total, though the best value would be the better deal.

What are some tires that you recommend?

I live in the northern va / dc area so we don't see a whole lot of snow, but it might happen a few times an year.

For driving when temps are below 45 degrees, you'll need an all season tire. Cheapest tire I have is a Sumitomo HTR+ for $ 94 each, next is Kumho ECSTA ASX for $ 120 and up from there.
