Congrats, but why are you having to wait so long for an S5?

How did you get the nav without the tech? and why so much for just the nav? I guess the fees were where they got you. Also, how did you negotiate the price without the car being there. My dealership told me to just put the $1000 refundable deposit down, and we would negotiate after the car arrived. He said things like the money factor and other variables are up in the air right now.
Any insight?

If you ordered your without a pricing agreement you are exposed to dealer markups. I ordered mine last week and it itemizes all costs including taxes and gas guzzler taxes. Fully loaded came to $58.7k.
Your dealer should know exactly what the costs are now.......

haha no, its a stick(not about to get this thing in an auto) and its cause the dealers in my area are all allocation orders and they only get about two to three a month, and they are booked out to feb/march area... which is fine with me haha...

as for the nav w/o tech is possible, its just that from the factory they come with tech, so you have to specifically ask for no tech package or they will charge you for that... and there were over 2grand in fees(damn gas guzzler! i hate democrats) and i negotiated because the dealership knows all the prices now(as of last week) and so they can negotiate, though dont be surprised if they dont wanna budge, i only got a little bit off and I know all these guys and used to work with em haha...
