you guys should create a Event/Meet part on the main forum. this way big events/shows can be seen by everyone, not just in local area threads or in b5/b6/etc.. threads. this will help keep down mutlipe posts and create a common area for show pics and such. just a thought.

We've debated whether or not to keep these in the respective Regional Forums or to create a new forum like you describe. We may create such a forum in the coming months.
