What code are you getting?

put your other ICM back in first.
what year is your car? miles? more info?

did you switch the coil boots with the coil packs or did they stay in the same cylinder? i know that my coil boots were old and torn giving me tons of misfires.

try buying a set of plugs first.

standing in front of the car, cylinder order is 1-2-3-4; 1 being closest to you.

Might want to pull out the plugs and see what they look like, the plug in that cylinder might just be fouled, worn or the gap could have changed over time.
