Well the headline pretty much says it all... someone in an earlier post said that the TP will break in. I have had it on my car for almost a week... my question is how can a straight pipe break in? There is nothing inside it?? Any info is appreciated.
Thanks [up]

Not sure if the pipe needs break in. but the ECU might need time to adjust to the "lesser" back pressure as result of replacing the cat. then again I don't know for sure.

Ok then... has anyone noticed a difference from the day they got their TP?? Also i have the APR chip of which they have added the TP program... so as far as my ECU it is fully aware that i have a the APR Test Pipe. If you have noticed a difference in the TP what have they been?
Thank you

I have the same setup as you plus full exhaust.
I had the TP for almost a week before i got chipped and did not notice any difference in noise or performance over that timespan.
Needless to say, after i got chipped on Saturday, i noticed a significant performance gain [:D].
