Greetings,
Will be joining the "Classics Community" very soon and the ride needs new shoes! Can somebody tell me what these Ronals are called....I've been doing the search, but cannot find much info other than what this picture had:

16-Spoke Ronals.
Very common in 14x6", available in both 4x108 and 4x100.
Somewhat common in 15x7 from the UrQ. - 5x???
Rare in the 15x8 from the UrQ. - 5x???
Rare in the 15x6(?) from the Audi 5000's which were 4x108.

A set of 4x100's isn't worth a whole lot. They'll only fit the Audi 4000 non quattro's, and CGT's from '82-83.
I was buying 4x108's, which are a bit more common, for between $20 and $50 a wheel a couple of years ago.
All depends on the condition. The ones I was buying were all cosmetically challenged.

ah i see, so 150 with 3 of the 4 wheels having tyres would be a fair price?
they are called the Ronal R8 by the way.

yea, the official name was the Ronal R8.
this size wasnt mentioned above, but have a set that is 15"x6" with a 5x112 bolt pattern from a ur-quattro.

they were also available over here ( England) in 15x6 with a 100 pcd -- even rarer than the 15x7 108pcds !!
I think 15x6"x112 pcd 5stud were standard issue in the UK on the 100/200quattro 1985-1987 era

Many thanks for the info.
Since I have never been to Europe and have always wanted to know this...Is the shift pattern also different on right-side drive cars in the UK? (1st gear being closest to you and 5th furthest)
Forgive my ignorance, but what is the unit of measurement indicated by "pcd?"
Bob's your uncle!
