How do people clean these? I have heard rubbing alcohol... but I was also told you shouldn't clean these. Help would be appreciated.

my local auto parts store (Canadian Tire) says
1. Don't to it
2. We don't sell it

Does NAPA sell it?

Im not sure if NAPA carries it. But I know Schucks, Autozone, and even Wal-Mart carries the MAF cleaner, cleaning it isnt bad at all. Just make sure its dry, you can use a blow dryer to speed up the process if you want.

Don't have those stores here... what is the brand/name of product Walmart carries?

Im not sure, its in a generic spray can that just says MAF CLEANER in big red font, I think the brand is CRC???, lol.... hmm.... theres no WALMARTS in canada? hmmm.... maybe order some online somewhere, just google search MAF Cleaner.

You can order CRC Mass Air Flow Cleaner from Autobarn.com (or .net)

You could also just use this stuff as well:

If you search around the forums some more, I believe you can also use rubbing alcohol, or some everyday cleaning chemicals, but im not quite sure exactly what. Its out there somewhere on here, I did it last year and found what to use on the forums.

No of the ones you listed we only have Walmart. They also didnt have any... I will try another one but I dont think they stock it at Canadian Walmarts. I was told napa has it though but they arent open weekends here.
