HID headlight flicker?

Anyone had an issue with the front headlight flickering...once in a while at night primarily(easier to tell) I will start my car and for the first maybe ten minuts of driving durin a turn or acceleration my driver's side headlight will flicker a few times in a row, then it will be fine. This usually happens 4 or 5 times when I first start my car then after a bit it will be fine. Not sure what the prob could be...i mentioned it to the dealer and they found no codes. Too weird, any suggestions?

someone on audiworld had this problem and i remember they finally did solve it, you could try searching these (i forget the user)

if your under warranty just take it to the dealer

Usually due to a faulty ballast. My BMW used to do that till I replaced the balast then it stopped.

Ballast or connection between headlight and ballast.
Its an easy fix.

i had that problem its the igniter audi replaces it free my other side is starting to do it now.

its most likely a poor connection between your bulb and ballast.

I think I have a similar problem, occurs when you first start the car and sometimes when beginning very slow speed, light throttle accelaration.

Doesn't seem like the bulb is flickering though, more like the projector itself slightly loose. Anyone here with this issue?

Mine has been doing it for the past month about. Started happened when i first started my car, both of my headlights are doing it. But now it seems to be doin it more often. I have an appt next week to get it looked at.
