I have a 01 A8 with a imobilizer code. it starts and stall. there there is no center display for some reason and im also getting a code saying no data from cluster. this happened first time today and everything else has been fine. any ideas.

Hey, where are you in CT? If you didn't vag the car yet, I can vag it for ya as long as you aren't too far away... btw, my father's car which is 2000 A8 did the same thing and it turned out that the instrument cluster was fried. We had to get it repaired @ Audi of Fairfield.

Needs a cluster. Normal problem for the a8s
