1) What clutch are you running with which turbo?
2) What flywheel are you running with your current clutch?
3) Where did you get the clutch from?
4) Ballpark figure?
5) How you like your clutch?

I guess most of the BT ppl are running Southbend stage 3 or 4?

im not BT but... its one of the next mods on my list

im running...

1 - SB stage 4 ofe on chipped k03 for now
2 - oem dual mass (dont want to deal with chatter)
3 - jeff@audigeeks or jeff on here
4 - $600 for clutch - I paid $1100 for clutch, dmfw, fw and bolts. install is about $6-700
5 - It grabs hard and feels almost stock

if your planning to go BT you might aswell spend the extra $100 and get stage 4 over 3

Currently
I'm still running my stock clutch.
I haven't done any launches really, but still is fine.
I do have a Stage 3 Southbend I will be installing sometime this year once I get around to it.

I picked up it up from the GB when southbend had theirs on here. I don't remember the price. $300-400?

I think i will definitely go with the Southbend Stage 4, but just don't know which flywheel im going to use at this moment.

My stock flywheel have 75K miles on it, don't know if i can still resurface it.

On the other hand, i have a 10lbs Fidanza flywheel which I used to run with my WOA stage 2 clutch. Will the Fidanza flywheel runs fine with the Southbend clutch?

if i plan to run a gt28rs elim on my 2001 a4 ...would a stage 3 southbend hold up well...i only plan to track it maybe once every 2 -3 months..or more..my car is FWD too so my launches arent to harsh such as you quattro guys..should i just get the stage 3?

it's not that much to pony up a few extra dollars for the stage 4 and have an extra piece of mind...

1) ClutchNet 6 Button (http://www.clutchnet.com/product.php?productid=17251&cat=0&page=1) & Red 2x Pressure Plate (http://www.clutchnet.com/product.php?productid=20176&cat=0&page=1). Holset HX35/40 Turbo.
2) Fidanza
3) ClutchNet
4) $550
5) It holds fine, esp when you launch the car. However it is very noisy. Also a few times after slipping it hard it seems to have stuck which made it so I couldn't get the car in or out of gear. I managed to get out of that by revving the engine, but it was scary. I can't say I'd recommend it. Also every woman I've ever had in the car complained about it, its very harsh. Maybe for a drag race only car. Also my car isn't making any power w/ the huge turbo so I don't know how it holds under big power.

1) SB DXD-OFE with SS pressure plate. still with K04
2) stock flywheel
3) South Bend Clutch
4) $450 a couple years ago
5) still love it. feels like stock but holds tight when clamped down.

This clutch is/was rated at 420-450 ft lbs torque so it should be good for a 2871r or 3071r. If the rating is accurate then a 3071r on race gas might spin it loose.

1) Southbend stg 4 with a full Garrett GT28RS
2) Eurocode 11lb flywheel
3) Eurocode
4) go to eurocode's site and all prices/pkgs are there
5) i love it. it holds very strong. i can launch it and spin all 4 tires with ease. and pedal pressure isn't too much harder over stock. it revs up and down very nicely with the lwfw

as for the downsides, i get flywheel chatter when the airconditioning is on. it is a little harsh out of first gear sometimes but that's about it. if i were to do it again i would do the same setup. maybe stg 5 actually so i could launch it more with peace of mind.

1) Spec RS4 Stg 3+ with GT2871R
2) RS4 LWFW
3) NLS (Local shop) from Spec
4) $1300
5) Fantastic, feels firm still and never had it slip on me, not once.
(I've blown the trans and it was fine)

Any chatter using the AWE 11lb flywheel?

well lets just put it this way, the lighter the flywheel the more chatter you will hear.

My setup
WOA custom stage 5, GT35r
Spec 16lbs billet steel flywheel(less chatter then my 12 lbs WOA flywheel)
Got the clutch from juan(have spare pressure plate)
Flywheel from 034 motorsports
Clutch was free and got the flywheel at cost so I cant say how much[:p]
Love the clutch since it HOLDS[:D]
