if you don't track your car - no need for power steering or oil cooler - just do the fan

Power steering cooler is only required if you spend a lot of time at high rpms. Oil cooler is nice at any power level since it add more oil capacity to the system. Always a good idea on any turbo car.

oil cooler might bring temp a little low - you want your oil hot but not too hot - so you burn off water and other crap that gets in your oil - the ideal temp is around 200-215 IIRC correctly - if you just want to introduce more oil to the system used a bigger oil filter NAPA has one go search the forums for the big kahuna it holds like a quart of oil - it is crazy huge. My car now holds almost 4.5 quarts now.

Or if you installed a FMIC and you want to replace the OEM power steering cooler with an aftermarket one.

Here is my power steering cooler.

I don't think they make a low temp fan sensor for the 2001. I tried to get one from ECS but its designed to screw in. That's how the older models are set up. The 2001 has a push/clip style sensor (similar to the coolant sensor).

Also the S4 oil cooler upgrade seems like a slightly cheaper alternative to a full on external oil cooler if you are not tracking the car.

Like Mike suggested...the power steering cooler upgrade is also a nice upgrade from stock (especially if you have a FMIC).
