Have you checked for minor boost leaks? BOV etc?

Damn low.... WTF... Let me know if you guys planning to wrench, I'll help inspect the problem.. Or take it again to EIP and see what Paul thinks, and go from there.

The 1+ setup isnt much. Your right where you should expect to be but with a bad tune IMO. Running fat will rob a ton of power on a force fed car. If you cant tune the A/F mixture manually then you can lean it out with different injectors, oxiginated race gas, etc... It could also be your plugs. What about your ignition system? Are you getting enough spark.

Thats why tunning is best done manually and why I dont think putting it al in the hands of a tuner like GIAC, APR, etc... is always a good idea. Im from the old school dude and can tune a carburator like a Son of a Bitch =) How about lemiwinks or even Haltec or Motec?

Maybe buy a different pre-set tune?

the other guys running APR dynod fine...except the other B6 1.8T had his chip + injectors tuned by EIP...paul@EIP said he can get me another 30-35whp by tweaking with the AFR..but that brings me to this question..i thought APR, GIAC, REVO, etc. setups were designed to bring your car to the 165-170whp levels without fine tuning..should i just take it back to where i got it chipped and show them the results? (they are an APR dealer)

PMed you,

I will be bringing my pressure tester to the Sea Foam Party so if anyone want to test it is shouldn't be a problem...

Email APR and send them your Dyno sheet, raise your question firmly, kindly ask them of what they can do for you, for you are a proud user of their product, and the product that you trusted did not meet your expectations, and the competator has proven their product above yours, what a shame that Audi Performance Racing numbers did not prevail on the day that you wanted to show other of what it is capable of doing. For APR did promise you power above the rest.

APR should step up to the plate in keeping you happy as a consumer of thier product. Create a friendly approach, and hit them hard with pity, for the promise of shear power is lost, and your confidence in APR is beginning to wear out.
