Tonight i was headed over to my friend's place and i stopped in the road cause the guy ahead of me was turning left and waiting for traffic to pass. I had been there about 10 seconds when i heard a screech and before i knew it, a fucking chrysler neon slammed into my rear. my bumper is all jacked to hell, my trunk is like torqued and twisted, my passenger side rear quarter panel is smashed in and pressing in on my wheel, it also is all dented and vent in and literally comes to a point about 8 inches over and outside of my tire. SWEET. I've had it like three weeks. Think it's totaled?

Sounds totaled, the rear quarter is expenive to replace. if you do make sure you buy a 96my trunk for the na/euro cutout, I made the mistake of not.

I just went through a total loss with my B6 this past week due to a red light runner. $16k in damages and the car was valued t $18k. If the damage cost 75% percent of the cars total value they will total it. Or if the car wouldn't be deemed safe after fixing they will total it. That was what Geico said and that was here in Florida. Dude tom. you are going to wake up in pain, specifically from your neck, trust me. I hurt for about a week after my accident.

They will also total out a car if certain things are damaged that can't be repaired like the firewall or the frame.

You can't really see the inside of the fenders, but they are flat up against the tire. some how it doesn't look as bad in the pictures though.
