want to do it soon but not sure if this stuff will work.

That's not tranny fluid... That is gear lube. I could use it on my blazer.

but isn't gear lube what you use in manual trannys? the dealer said there stuff is 75w90 and so is this? did that clarify anything or is it still not right

my fault, didn't realize you had a manual. I guess I'm not sure then, never had to deal with that.

It says it is for a car with LS(limited slip) but I guess you could use it in your trans. Have you thought about using the Motul Gear 300 75w90? This is what I use in my gear box and I get it from Mike at Purems.com

I run Royal Purple 75W90 and it hast given me trouble besides harder shifting in really cold winter weather on initial startup.

yes you can use this in your manual trans. you can also use it in your rear diff. pretty sure this is what stasis uses in their transmissions.

FWIW I'm runnning this with no problems.

I suggest Redline MTL Synthetic Transmission Fluid.

MT-90 is what you would want to go with if you wanted to run the Redline stuff.
