Beans vs Rice:1/4m. Battle of Imports @ Cal speeedway

Even in this hot ass weather im going to represent the 2.0 in todays Battle of the Imports 1/4 mile event at California Speedway..Iveran their inside course but never tried their dragstrip...should be a huge turnout..i'll be there by 6am so i can secure a spot...anyone else be out there?? I'll be on my 100 octane race file.[eek] That is all.

Dyam talk about hot..90+ degrees cold/humidity up...Tuan with his A3 with same mods showed up and ran a best 15.0....couldnt click off better than a 15.1 @ a shitty 92mph. .way off... 2.1 60'...9.7 1/8 mile....but i spanked sum slower hondas..only feel good momemt...after 4 passes i had enuf of waiting up 1hr + for a run.. K03's+ heat=sux balls..that is all........NASA tracking > dragging anyday........

This is how I felt at the age of 16 LOL... Wait till you move up from HPDE and get licensed to race [up] If you have the $$$ to stay in the sport its a wonderful place to be dude. PRO7 might be the cheapest way to go and also one of the most competitive. H4 and the MX5 cup are cool to but can get pricey.

I didnt know Battle of the Imports was still around? AIRA use to run that event at LACR in Palmdale back in my day and we would drive down from NOR*CAL for that.
