do you think i can put the H&R sport springs on the car with the stock sport shocks, or do you think the shocks will go out on me?

i read a lot of threads on this and from what i got i think the non sport shocks were only said to be lasting 7-10k miles after new springs. sport may be a little longer but i would look into new shocks long term if you dont want to do coilovers

anyone else know anything about this situation?

the shocks will go out on you, its just a matter of time. it depends on how old and used your shocks are now. but, being that you have sport suspension right now, your shocks will last longer then regular suspension. just save up for new shocks [up]

I had H&R Sports on stock non-sport shocks for over a year on my old A4 (I drive 15k miles in a year) and never had one go on me, but everyone else seems to have different luck.

I've had neuspeed sport since 20k miles, as of right now I'm at 106k...still on stock shocks :D

Oh yea, I'm on Neuspeed Race now as well, and have put about 10k miles on my stock shocks since December, 125k on the clock.
