They have been a great business to me, under cpo, new front brake discs and pads, diff seals, rebuilt head due to sludge, replaced all mirrors to remedy ify auto dim, new dash cluster and all the while with out a complaint. Just wanted to share my good experience with a stealership.

nice.. they have been good to me too, havent gotten any work done but i made friends with a tech or 2

No complaints here about Niello Audi. They get a [up] from me.
I wasn't thrilled with their sales department. In fact, I ended up driving to Rector for my S4 who was very good. Roger in their maintenance dept. was great, too.
However, the service department guys at Niello have really impressed me with their professionalism. They've been a pleasure. I'll be going in for the 25k service soon and hope to meet the tech who is assigned to my car. I always like to put a face with the wrench.
Good experience so far.

It's sorry that this is a surprise in dealership world, after all they charge top dollar for the same service you can get from a qualified VAG mechanic. Oh well, these are the breaks.

Wow Niello getting positive reviews, I did not like their sales dept but I've never dealt with their service dept. I remember someone from my old college had his car worked on there and the idiots left the keys in the car so it was stolen. Oh well he got an S4 out of it.
